Protection and care of your art work

Your art work can be damaged in a number of ways. Three of the most common are; sub standard framing materials, over-exposure to sunlight and exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity.

Maintaining and conserving your artwork is essential if you wish to enjoy it and retain its value in the years to come.

To protect watercolours and art on paper, art work should be mounted and framed using conservation techniques and glazed with UV protection glass.
